With the other elite junior events we have on the horizon, the 2010 championships provide an excellent opportunity for players to gain experience and show their talents on this famous championship course, which has undergone some changes which will develop players course management skills”. He further commented “With the championship being played on the same date and in the same format as the Lytham Trophy, at neighbouring Royal Lytham & St Annes GC, it creates a festival of world class amateur golf in Lytham St Annes, giving competitors, spectators, selectors and national team managers the opportunity to see the elite of amateur golf” For further information, additional copy and photographs please contact Bob Thompson via secretary@fairhavengolfclub.co.uk or Tel: +44 (0) 1253 736741 Fairhaven Golf Club, Oakwood Avenue, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 4JU |
